Review:

I’m sad as I write this because I know this is the end to my favorite action/suspense series!! :( But, this was THE perfect ending because it wrapped up all the amazing storylines wonderfully. As J.A. knows how, this book is full of twists that will have you amazed! The writing is superb!

In this last installment, we finally get to read what the heck is up with Rena! **SPOILER ALERT** As you may recall, we first met Rena as the crazed, psycho ex who was after Danny and Bennett. We all thought she belonged in an institution but (as we later find out) there’s a whole lot more to her story!

Now that we get to read who she really is and the reasons behind her odd behavior, we realize how much torment (emotionally and physically) she’s been through since she was just a kid! She can’t fully distinguish what’s real and what’s a facade, because of the many medications she’s been fed. As she begins to get clarity and get a grip on what she plans to do next, she gets an unexpected partner: Ty. ;)

Yea, just let that sink in for a second.

Done? Ok.

So, as I was saying, Ty is the one who becomes her ally as she tries to smooth things over with all the people she’s wronged. He sees that she isn’t the person everyone has made her out to be, and wants to help her. And Rena, as much as she doesn’t want the help, enjoys it–and him. ;)

Rena is unpredictable and intense, but Ty can’t seem to let her do this on her own. She needs to find answers and help save those she loves, before time runs out for them; and Ty, no matter how much she drives him crazy, will do nothing but support her in any way he can.

Ahh! I’m going to miss this story so much, you guys! THANK GOD I have these books to read over again! And boy will you want to too! Once everything gets summed up, all the lights will start lining up, the dots will start connecting, and everything will start clicking! ;) With all those cliffhangers and details about the “organization” and “ghosts,” you’ll definitely want to go back and say, “Ah ha! So, that’s how!” and want to experience the ride all over again. :)

If you haven’t read this series, sorry for spoiling some things for you. :/ BUT, now is your chance to dive into this romantic, action packed story that will blow you away! Great job, J.A.! Can’t wait for what’s next from you!
